Once the purchase order is in, Key-Bell Corporation swiftly processes and places the order with the factory, ensuring timely delivery at no extra cost through our expediting department. Our dedicated receiving team meticulously inspects each item for damages, labels unmarked items, and rectifies any short shipments before export. Count on us for seamless mining equipment and supply solutions.
Supply Chain Remedies
Once your order goes through our rigorous receiving process it then goes to our heavy-duty export packaging team. Smaller orders are then re-packed in heavy duty export boxes while larger items are packed in custom-built heavy-duty wood crates using certified treated wood. Orders are packed the best way possible to save you unnecessary freight costs due to poorly packed or oversized crating. All boxes and crates will be clearly labeled with your export marks and piece count.
Ready for Export
Now, our shipping and export team will contact your expediting department and/or freight forwarder. We will give them weights and dimensions and then stand by for instructions. If we do not get a response, we will send reminders until we do. We provide all standard export documentation and information needed for export.
Freight Forwarding
You can use a freight forwarder or we can ship to you directly. We load, block, and brace sea containers at our export facility and ship directly to the port of export.
